At LTIMindtree, we are seeking a seasoned AI Assurance Lead to join our Quality Engineering (QE) Team.

Main Responsibilities:

AI Expertise
  • We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
  • Proficiency in various AI frameworks, libraries, and tools, including TensorFlow and PyTorch, is essential.
Testing Methodologies
  • The ideal candidate will design and implement testing methodologies tailored to AI models and algorithms.
  • Experience in testing different AI model types, including supervised and unsupervised learning, is required.
Data Quality Assurance
  • Expertise in assessing and ensuring training data quality for AI models is crucial.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing and cleaning techniques to enhance model performance is necessary.
Automation and Tooling
  • We need someone who can develop automation scripts using open-source tools for AI applications.
  • Familiarity with specialized AI testing tools and frameworks is essential.
Performance and Scalability Testing
  • The successful candidate will audit and optimize AI model performance and scalability.
  • SIMulating scenarios to evaluate AI model behavior under different conditions is necessary.
Ethical AI Practices
  • Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and responsible testing practices is required.
Collaboration
  • Effective collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Awareness of regulations and standards related to AI and testing practices is necessary.
