Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Quality Supervisor (Electrical) to join our team at DGS Group. As a key member of our electrical projects team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are met in all electrical activities at our sites. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills in DDUGJY, R-APDRP, Rural Electrification, System Strengthening, Loss Reduction, and Project Quality Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
As a Site Quality Supervisor (Electrical), your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations in all electrical projects at site.
  • Conducting regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensuring proper implementation of corrective actions.
  • Reviewing project documents and specifications to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
  • Collaborating with project managers and site staff to develop and implement quality control plans.
  • Monitoring and tracking project progress and quality metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing training and guidance to site staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Investigating and resolving any quality-related issues or complaints.
  • Participating in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to address quality concerns and provide recommendations.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of quality control activities and outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of DDUGJY, R-APDRP, Rural Electrification, System Strengthening, Loss Reduction, and Project Quality Monitoring.
  • Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough inspections.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual performance and company policies.
