Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our Institutional Banking Group as a key member of the COO Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance customer and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer and employee experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process changes
  • Monitor and report on process performance metrics

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in the banking industry

Education:

Post-graduate degree in a relevant field

Core Competencies:

Process understanding, process mapping, gap identification, stakeholder management, presentation skills

Technical Competencies:

MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint skills, data analysis and dashboard creation capabilities
