Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee multiple renovation and fitout projects for our esteemed client.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, safe, and on-budget project delivery.

  • Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve seamless execution.
  • Programme Management:
  • Schedule Tracking: Prepare regular schedule trackers to monitor progress and identify potential delays.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the project timeline or budget.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Contracts and Cost Management:
  • Tender Process: Coordinate with the commercial management team to prepare tender packages and administer the tender process.
  • Change Orders: Manage change orders effectively to minimize disruptions and costs.
  • Construction Management:
  • Site Logistics: Supervise and lead site logistics, shutdown plans, and works execution strategy in a running hotel.
  • Design Coordination: Lead design coordination between design consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fitout projects.
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
