Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Time Management Solutions Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of time management solutions across multiple geographies.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, developing solutions that meet those needs, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP HCM Time Payroll and SuccessFactors Time Payroll.
  • Lead the identification and implementation of improvement projects related to SAP HCM Time Payroll.
  • Participate in the design and build discussion related to Time management solutions.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for SAP HR Time Payroll and SuccessFactors (SF).
  • Support Payroll and HR in topics related to time payroll, acting as an interpreter between local payroll HR contacts and IT vendors.
  • Collect new requirements from business HR in the Time Payroll area and raise CSR with the third party via incident management, leading the end-to-end discussion.
  • Serve as a 2nd line support for time management-related queries and solve complex cases.
  • Monitor data quality related to time reporting/time team-owned fields in the SAP HR Module and SuccessFactors (SF).
  • Execute time evaluation, handle errors, and provide support.
  • Continuously identify and prioritize areas of improvement and alignment in Time management.
  • Update and create local global quick guides, work instructions, and documents for internal teams and end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with SAP HCM Time Payroll and SuccessFactors Time Payroll.
  • Experience in working with inherent Time Payroll complexities in a global context.
  • Strong administrative skills, used to managing and keeping multiple tasks/deliveries organized for many countries and companies.
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and collective agreements related to time pay for supported countries.
