Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to business users and ensuring the smooth operation of our production systems.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 production support to business users, resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of production activities
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support production processes
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all work produced

Requirements:

  • 9-12 years of experience in production support
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Unix
  • Familiarity with monitoring and job scheduling tools, such as Control-M
  • Experience with basic support processes, including incident management
  • Well-versed in ServiceNow or similar tool
  • Regulatory reporting experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven with high accountability standards
