Highly Skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Specialist Systems Engineer. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in IT infrastructure and a passion for delivering exceptional services.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT infrastructure, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment. Experience in Sterling file gateway, Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working in production support, Unix/Linux, business process creation and maintenance, and protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPs, S3, and Pest (good to have).
The selected individual must be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills, including certificate renewals and disaster recovery for applications. They should also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues
- Develop and maintain business processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in IT infrastructure related field
- Strong technical skills in Sterling file gateway, Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct
- Experience working in production support, Unix/Linux, and business process creation and maintenance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
