Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the management of day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording and reconciliation.
  2. Manage the preparation and submission of employee salaries and vendor payments in a timely manner.
  3. Produce regular financial reports for senior management and the Board, providing insights into company performance.
  4. Develop and maintain appropriate internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  5. Prepare and reconcile monthly profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for multiple entities across various locations.
  6. Lead the Financial and Corporate Accounting functions to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines, including:
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • General Ledger and bank reconciliations.
  • Monthly reports for the Finance Committee and the Board.
Budgeting and Management Reporting: Prepare detailed analyses of management accounts, highlighting key variances from budget for inclusion in the monthly Finance report.Provide high-level advice to Senior Managers on all financial management and accounting issues.Develop and recommend strategies to improve financial performance and control.
