Job OverviewThis role offers an excellent opportunity for a Senior Executive Lead to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients and business partners. As a key member of our pre-sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for proposal preparation, vendor registration, and other pre-sales and marketing support activities.
Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality proposals for Manufacturing and multi-disciplinary practices, packaged with value propositions and timely submissions as per defined time frames.
- Develop winning proposals for various disciplines and opportunities, leveraging your understanding of commercial terms and costing.
- Analyze monthly/yearly proposals submitted, tracking winning ratios and providing insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to draft effective RFIs and internal technical MOMs, reflecting scope of work and client requirements.
- Benchmark and track costs for existing clients, ensuring alignment with scope of work and software used.
- Contribute to the development of effective collaboration and close working relationships with sales, marketing, delivery, market development, and corporate support functions.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering technology/services and related industry.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in proposal writing, demonstrating basic technical understanding of manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrate basic technical understanding of manufacturing industries, such as Pulp & Paper, Machine Design & CAE, Factory Digitization, and Automation.
- Good proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic, conflict/problem resolution skills/experience, and knowledge of general sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This package includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
