We are seeking an experienced Brand Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and improving operational workflows for our IP protection services.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with top brands in the music, sports, gaming, and entertainment industries. You will be responsible for overseeing brand protection and e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media.

About the Role

  • You will lead onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for clients, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • You will work closely with our technical and customer-facing teams to ensure effective delivery of enforcement, technical, and customer-facing tasks.
  • You will drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and AI innovation.
  • You will identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
  • You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • You will provide regular performance reports, strategic insights, and recommendations to guide decision-making and growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in online brand protection, including takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Proven expertise in client management and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
