ServiceNow Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced developer who will design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with strong knowledge of ITOM and HRSD modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB to enhance visibility into infrastructure and applications.
  • Design and enhance HR workflows, including onboarding, case management, and lifecycle events.
  • Create self-service and automation solutions to improve HR efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and Flow Designer flows.
  • Customize forms, tables, and fields according to business needs.
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Enhance automation for IT and HR processes, ensuring high system performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
  • Expertise in Flow Designer, Workflow, and Business Rules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher certifications.
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
