**ServiceNow Developer Role**

As a seasoned ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be essential in implementing and configuring various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others as needed to meet our organization's unique requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Experience in developing and configuring ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Performance Analytics is an asset.
  • A strong understanding of Access Control Rules, data security, and platform architecture is crucial for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Implement and configure various modules as needed.
  3. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, or MID Servers.
  4. Customize UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.
  5. Create and manage Service Catalogs, Requests, Workflows, and SLAs.
  6. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  7. Maintain platform stability by applying patches and upgrades.
  8. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  9. Document technical specifications, design decisions, and development processes.
