Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as an AI and Data Engineer. This role involves designing, building, and deploying large-scale AI systems that blend LLMs, data engineering, and product infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, deploy, and scale LLM-powered workflows, from fine-tuning to inference optimization.

• Architect multilingual, multimodal systems spanning text, voice, and images—tailored for India's diversity.

• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings, hybrid search, and vector DBs.

• Design real-time agents and tool-calling systems for discovery, recommendations, and conversational transactions.

• Engineer data pipelines: cleaning, structuring, and streaming hyperlocal content from multiple sources.

• Run offline/online experiments to improve accuracy, reliability, and latency at scale.

• Build internal AI tooling for observability, evaluation, and safety—making AI explainable and citizen-first.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong foundations in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).

• Proven ability to ship production-grade AI systems and end-to-end pipelines.

• Deep understanding of LLMs: finetuning, inference patterns, and prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with vector databases and agent orchestration patterns.
