Holding Company Specialist

You will provide expert guidance to business owners and professionals in establishing holding companies in Singapore.

As a licensed advisor, you will work closely with clients to create pre-incorporation sandbox businesses, structure shareholders and directors, sign early LOIs, and prepare agreements. You will also assist in formalizing their holding companies with full digital and advisory support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Introduce at least 3 qualified stakeholders per month to explore Singapore structures
  • Guide leads from your network into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation
  • Follow up with prospects, share proposals, and close deals
  • Attend regular training sessions and advisory townhalls
  • Provide one-on-one guidance to clients alongside our Singapore-based team
  • Grow your own book of business and build a repeatable referral network
