Senior Customer Data Platform Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Data Platform Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our customer data platform using Tealium.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage customer data platforms using Tealium
  • Develop and maintain data collection strategies using Tealium's Universal Data Hub (UDH)
  • Configure and manage data sources, including web, mobile, and offline data
  • Develop and maintain data enrichment strategies using Tealium's AudienceStream
  • Implement and manage data governance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer data management, with a focus on Tealium CDP
  • Strong understanding of Tealium's Universal Data Hub (UDH), AudienceStream, and EventStream
  • Experience with data collection strategies, data enrichment, and data governance
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
