Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team. As a Data Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions using various technologies.

Your primary focus will be on working with clients to support new customer experience strategies by identifying data points required to enable use cases, analyzing data for usability in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and mapping data sources to CDP data objects.

You will also need to identify data cleansing requirements, determine the relationship between CDP data objects, and identify the appropriate primary and secondary keys for each object.

Furthermore, you will design test data to test the data model and unification algorithms, execute complex system tests, and create web pages and tests on Salesforce Interaction Studios utilizing your knowledge expertise of CSS/HTML/JavaScript.

In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in creating full landing page templates, monitor and maintain existing interaction studio templates and campaigns, and set timelines of deliverables and expectations with all parties involved.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with marketing data in MarTech and/or Marketing Data Analytics space.
  • Minimum 1-year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms.
  • Minimum 2-year hands-on SQL experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure.
  • Experience managing large-scale full-life cycle implementation of personalization solution.
  • Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids.
