Strategic Business Development Manager

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in India. They will lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve overall market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with experience in developing and implementing processes to standardize and enhance sales efforts.
Responsibilities will include building and maintaining key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
The role also involves managing existing accounts, contracts, and renewals, as well as overseeing project management and supervising the work of contractors.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader, able to manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong background in business development, sales, and marketing

- Ability to engage at all levels, comfortably managing conflict in a professional manner
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience of independently managing a P&L
