As a key player in our growth strategy, the Creative Director will be responsible for assisting marketing and sales teams alike along with the entire content team on all key initiatives.

The role would involve 20% data analysis, 40% Content Creation, 40% GTM and operations; and will have 100% ownership of the problem statements tackled.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals. Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.

Brand Management: Enhance the brand voice and identity. Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates company vision.

Marketing: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive business objectives.

Target Achievement: Ensure alignment and empowerment of you and your team to achieve maximum results, and meet individual targets.

Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and campaigns. Periodically collect, collate, and present customer feedback and analysis for improvement to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 years of work experience in marketing or content production
  • Education and/or background in Architecture and/or Interior Design
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that may not be familiar
  • Collaborative mindset, strong ability to bring unique skill sets to the table and accomplish team goals
  • Continuous experimentation, testing, trying, failing, and learning
