We are seeking a skilled income analyst to join our team in Pune, responsible for evaluating financial information and ensuring compliance with US mortgage guidelines. This is a confidential position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate 5+ years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting - Income Calculation
  • Analyze financial documents such as W2s, 1040s, Paystubs, Bank Statements, and Tax Returns
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of DTI, LTV, HTI, AUS (DU/LP), FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in underwriting
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
