Job Title: Data Science Leader

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and predictive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems, such as customer segmentation, forecasting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in core data science and statistics, including experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference, and time series analysis.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting models.
  • Practical experience with neural networks, including custom architectures, loss functions, and optimization strategies.

Programming & Engineering Skills:

  • Advanced Python proficiency, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience writing maintainable, tested code, including version control and collaborative development practices.
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Preferred Experience:

  • API integration with OpenAI or Anthropic LLM APIs.
  • Prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques.
