Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Manager with expertise in General Artificial Intelligence to lead our team in Hyderabad.

  • A graduate degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, machine learning, or a related discipline is required.

In this role, you will oversee the development of large language models and their applications. Your experience with LLMs including Llama 1/2/3, T5, Falcon, Langchain, or similar frameworks is essential.

You must be aware of the evolution history of Natural Language Processing (NLP), including traditional language models to modern large language models, training data creation, training setup, and fine-tuning.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python with a working knowledge of Python's numerical, data analysis, or AI frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

Predictive modeling experience in Python, including time series, multivariable, and causal models, is also necessary.

Beyond technical expertise, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading a team of Data Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists to connect with internal/external POCs, gather relevant data artifacts, create project plans, and assure data quality.

You will work on defining performance metrics, researching existing solutions, creating optimized data models, running ML/DL algorithms, optimizing and validating models, and creating light applications.

This role requires adaptability, creativity, and a passion for innovative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
