Global Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to join our Global Service Centre team as a Global Accounts Receivable Associate. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for sharing invoices with customers through various channels, receiving and submitting LR documents, generating IR QR codes for invoices, tracking daily submissions, and preparing reports in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Share invoices with customers via email, hard copy, or customer portal
- Receive, submit, and track LR documents
- Generate IR QR codes for invoices in the billing system
- Monitor and track daily submissions
- Prepare reports in Excel as required by the team
Applicants should possess good communication skills and computer knowledge, including proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software. Knowledge of basic accounting concepts is also essential. A Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field is preferred.

Other Opportunities:In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to group reporting, audit statutory, tax audit, and internal audit of AP function. They will also assist in reconciling creditors ledgers, sub-ledgers, and perform month-end reconciliation of AP accounts.
