Senior Financial Planning and Business Development Specialist

About the RoleThe Financial Planning and Analysis professional will be responsible for preparing and publishing financial reports, dashboards, and MIS packs for management. This includes:
- Monthly reporting including product/business unit-wise profitability and performance analysis
- Identifying key drivers for variance and providing insightful commentary
- Preparing and publishing detailed branch profitability analysis at branch level
- M-o-M expense analysis for actuals and against budgets
In addition to these responsibilities, the Financial Planning and Analysis professional will also assist the team in preparing financial budget & plan of the NBFC and various other business and financial analysis.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills to analyze financial data, excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders, and the ability to work with large datasets and perform complex analysis. Experience with financial planning and analysis tools and software is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a retail assets setting. They will possess strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
