About the Role

This UI/UX Designer position involves working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.

  • Conduct user research to understand behaviours, needs, and pain points of both end-users and content creators.
  • Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize usability and clarity.
  • Create production-ready UI designs, including supporting graphics, illustrations, and icons when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design solutions that meet business objectives.

Besides technical skills, we're looking for a strong communicator who can explain design rationale and decisions effectively.

Responsibilities
  • User Research: Gather insights on user behaviors, needs, and pain points through various research methods.
  • Design Development: Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs that adhere to usability standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation and iteration.
  • Communication: Effectively present design decisions and outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX Design, with emphasis on UX principles.
  • A portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and UX thinking behind designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Lottie).
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools to accelerate UI generation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
