Responsibilities:

  • Design effective user experiences through mockups and prototypes
  • Maintain attention to detail in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, and visualization
  • Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating designs
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Create original graphic designs (icons, illustrations, and color palettes)
  • Adjust layouts based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
  • Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in creating UI/UX design for web and mobile apps
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience as a UI/UX designer and strong portfolio of related projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in prototyping tool Figma (or Adobe XD)
  • Basic understanding of web development for feasibility validation
  • Strong attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions
  • Strong team player with effective collaboration skills
  • Solid knowledge of design theory, especially logo, graphic/UI design, and usability principles
