Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio that showcases expertise in designing intuitive interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Lovable, Bolt.new, Sketch, Adobe XD (or similar) and ability to adapt to new tools.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to collaborate effectively with dev teams.
  • Hands-on experience with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that demonstrate a user-centered approach.
  • Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and design principles that prioritize accessibility and user experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI-driven or data-heavy platforms and ability to integrate AI into design processes.
  • Familiarity with InVision, Framer, Lottie for advanced prototyping/animations and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and commitment to creating inclusive user experiences.
  • Experience in dashboards, data visualization, and enterprise UI and ability to apply this knowledge to enhance user experiences.
  • Keen on emerging AI + design trends and quick adoption of new tools and methodologies.
