Job Title: User Experience Designer (EdTech)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.
  2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to define user flows and design decisions.
  3. Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  4. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
  5. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.
  6. Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs.
  7. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, especially within EdTech and learning platforms.

Requirements:

  1. 2–4 years of proven experience as a User Experience Designer/Product Designer in a digital-first company.
  2. Prior experience in EdTech or higher education platforms is highly preferred.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
  4. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).
  5. Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  6. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
