Job Profile:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Team Lead - Sales, who will oversee a Regional Sales team. A well-rounded candidate with experience in monitoring daily team performance and sales personnel will be responsible for generating 2X revenue through team members, taking ownership of the P&L for that vertical.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of the sales team
  • Identify business opportunities and brief the team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies through market analysis
  • Establish a structured multi-channel sales framework across business operations, focusing on building a high-performance sales culture
A successful candidate must have:
  • A MBA degree or equivalent
  • Experience in dealing with rental properties and B2B segments
  • Experience in managing sales teams
  • Ability to generate and maintain relationships with sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stability with previous companies
  • Output-driven capability

Location preference: Gurgaon - Candidates based in Gurgaon for work purposes or permanently residing in Gurgaon are encouraged to apply.

Salary package offered: 19 LPA to 22 LPA, with a 15-day notice period.
