Job Profile:We are seeking a Regional Sales Team Lead - Sales, who will oversee a Regional Sales team. A well-rounded candidate with experience in monitoring daily team performance and sales personnel will be responsible for generating 2X revenue through team members, taking ownership of the P&L for that vertical.
Responsibilities:- Support the development of the sales team
- Identify business opportunities and brief the team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategies through market analysis
- Establish a structured multi-channel sales framework across business operations, focusing on building a high-performance sales culture
- A MBA degree or equivalent
- Experience in dealing with rental properties and B2B segments
- Experience in managing sales teams
- Ability to generate and maintain relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stability with previous companies
- Output-driven capability
Location preference: Gurgaon - Candidates based in Gurgaon for work purposes or permanently residing in Gurgaon are encouraged to apply.
Salary package offered: 19 LPA to 22 LPA, with a 15-day notice period.
