Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing secondary distribution planning for over 50+ retail networks from assigned supply terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secondary Distribution Planning: Develop and implement effective secondary distribution plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to retail networks.
  • Transportation Management: Coordinate with transportation vendors to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 07-10 years in logistics or terminal operations.
  • Education: BE or MBA.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
