Project Leadership Specialist

About the Role:

This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing project management initiatives to deliver high-quality projects. As a Project Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution.

  • Project Execution: Develop detailed project plans to track progress, ensure timely delivery, and manage scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements.
  • Client Management: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, report progress, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk assessments to minimize project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: A strong educational background in computer science or engineering is essential.
  • Experience: Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector is required.
  • Skills: Solid technical background, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Basecamp, Trello) are necessary.
  • Certification: PMP/PRINCE II certification is highly desirable.

Key Skills:

  • Microsoft Office: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is expected.
  • Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Basecamp, and Trello, is essential.
  • AWS/Cloud: Familiarity with AWS/cloud-based platforms is advantageous.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum/Kanban based execution, is highly valued.

  • IAM System: Having experience in any IAM system, especially SailPoint related product implementation and support, is a plus.
