We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager to independently manage key accounts, drive new business, and mentor a talented team.

  • Account Leadership: Independently managing a portfolio of accounts, overseeing larger budgets, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Counsel: Providing direct, high-level client counsel, acting as a trusted senior strategist, and leading client meetings and presentations.
  • Business Development: Identifying and securing new business opportunities, including the growth of existing accounts, and actively participating in or leading smaller-scale new business pitches.
  • Team Empowerment: Overseeing account staff, empowering them to develop their professional skills, and identifying specific areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Managing projects, teams with confidence, ensuring clear communication of "big picture" logistics and tactics.
  • Content & Media Savvy: Writing and editing comprehensive client materials and possessing a strong working knowledge of media and influencer engagement.
  • Strategic Planning: Drafting comprehensive client and new business plans, defining, and adjusting strategies as appropriate, and monitoring account profitability.
  • Industry & Firm Engagement: Actively building firm visibility through networking, participating in or leading internal committees, and demonstrating burgeoning industry-specific expertise.
  • Values & Development: Promoting and upholding core values, staying connected to industry trends, clients, and media, and assisting with professional development programs for your team.
  • Director Support: Functioning as the primary support for senior leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in related field is required.
