Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA implementation leader with strong pharmaceutical industry experience to oversee this transformative project from design to go-live and beyond.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation across all relevant modules, driving business process mapping to align SAP configuration with pharma-specific needs, including batch manufacturing, GMP compliance, expiry management, and audit trails. They will coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance within SAP setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation across all relevant modulesDrive business process mapping to align SAP configuration with pharma-specific needsCoordinate with external partners and internal teamsEnsure regulatory compliance within SAP setupIntegrate SAP with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), manufacturing equipment, and reporting toolsDevelop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training programsManage data migration from legacy systems to SAPOversee change management to ensure smooth adoption by all departments

Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have 8-15 years of total experience, with minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations in a manufacturing company. They must possess strong functional knowledge of SAP modules, particularly MM, PP-PI, QM, SD, FI/CO, and EWM/WM. In-depth understanding of GMP, Schedule M, and batch traceability requirements is essential. Strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions are also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP S/4HANA certification in relevant modules
  • Experience in integrating SAP with LIMS and other pharma-specific tools
  • Exposure to USFDA/EU GMP requirements is a plus
