SAP Technical Solutions Architect

The SAP Embedded Analytics Associate Managing Consultant leads and manages the design, development, and implementation of SAP Embedded Analytics solutions.

1. Document technical specifications for implemented solutions.
2. Develop CDS views, AMDP with deep knowledge of SQL scripting and SAP HANA modelling & ABAP/CDS with experience in Analysis, Design, Development.
3. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and OData services.
4. Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, performance tuning, and data management techniques.
5. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Design and develop complex CDS views for advanced data modelling and analytics within the SAP ecosystem.
7. Implement data models that meet business requirements, ensuring high performance and scalability in large-scale enterprise environments.
8. Utilize annotations and associations to enhance CDS views, enabling efficient querying and reporting.
9. Integrate CDS views with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP modules, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across the enterprise.
10. Develop and optimize OData services for consumption by SAP Fiori applications and other reporting tools.
11. Work closely with SAP functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using SAP CDS.
12. Conduct performance analysis and optimization of CDS views to minimize data retrieval times and enhance user experience.
13. Implement best practices in SQL scripting, indexing, and data partitioning to improve the efficiency of SAP HANA-based models.
14. Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in CDS views and associated analytics applications.
15. Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing robust data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes within CDS views.
16. Develop and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
17. Collaborate with data architects and governance teams to maintain accurate data lineage and metadata.
18. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in the development of CDS views and SAP analytics solutions.
19. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP BASIS, functional consultants, and business analysts to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
20. Stay current with SAP advancements, continuously improving the technical capabilities of the team by integrating new features and best practices.
21. Develop comprehensive documentation for CDS views, including data models, dependencies, and performance tuning techniques.
22. Establish and maintain coding standards, ensuring that all developments are aligned with SAP best practices and organizational guidelines.
23. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
24. Manage delivery of services against agreed SLAs as well as manage escalations both internal and externally.
25. In-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP Embedded Analytics.
26. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
27. Conduct requirement gathering sessions and provide design thinking approach.
28. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
29. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
30. Manage and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and skill development.
31. Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote the adoption of new tools and methodologies within the team.
32. Well experience in handling P1 and P2 situations.
