The primary focus will be on handling customer calls in both Hindi and English, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional communication.

The selected candidate's responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
  • Recording and updating customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Assisting in resolving basic queries and escalating issues when required.
  • Ensuring clear communication in Hindi and English at all times.
  • SUPPORTING THE TEAM IN IMPROVING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY DELIVERING QUALITY CONVERSATIONS.
