Job Title: Information Systems Manager

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to system support, security, and optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, services, and applications.
  • Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 workstations.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security policies.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, apply security patches, and maintain compliance.
  • Implement backup and recovery solutions for data.

Requirements:

  • 4–6+ years as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
  • Strong expertise in M365, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows platform management.
  • Proficiency with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with CCTV and video conferencing solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting or IT automation.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms.
