System Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced System Architect to contribute to the success of our program.


About the Position

This is a senior position requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated success as a DevOps SRE lead. A degree in IT Engineering is essential, and relevant certifications will be appreciated.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and implementation governance of DevOps and SRE practices for the program, capitalizing on and extending current Digital Technology practices.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams: Platform Engineering, SRE, Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless integration of the program stack over Digital Technology Platforms SRE and QA processes.
  • Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Share best practices within Digital Technology and the wider industry.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. They should be adaptable to changing environments, demonstrate leadership qualities, and have a proactive approach to continuous improvement.


Your Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools: GitLab CI.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization technologies: Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms: Azure (preferred).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code: Terraform, Ansible.
  • GitOps experience using FluxCD (appreciated).
  • Expertise in Observability solutions: Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, OpenTelemetry.
  • Proficient practice of SAFe: Scaled Agile Framework.
