Transformative System Architect RoleWe are seeking a seasoned system architect to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.This role involves leading the architecture of one of our program's ARTs, providing DevOps and E2E testing for the entire program. You will work in collaboration with our partner to manage design and implementation governance of DevOps, Test, and SRE practices.As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of the Newco stack over our digital platforms, as well as SRE and QA processes by the Newco program.You will analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery, provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, and share your expertise within the organization.In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills by guiding teams through complex projects and gain experience in strategic decision-making.You will also stay informed about emerging technologies to innovate and enhance efficiency within the organization.Required Skills:
  • Proficient practice of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) as a System Architect
  • Demonstrated track record of work in coordination with Enterprise Solution Architects
  • DevOps proficiency: CI/CD (Gitlab CI), containerization platform (Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform, Ansible, GitOps experience using FluxCD appreciated)
  • SRE: Experience of designing enhancing SLI/SLO, change management, and incident responses processes
