Strategic Data Architect

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a visionary data strategist, driving business growth through informed decision-making. As a Product Owner Analyst, your expertise will be instrumental in identifying trends, optimizing processes, and spearheading strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine business requirements to enhance data-driven solutions and digital analytics toolsets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to product standards.

- Drive the release plan, including scope, milestones, sourcing requirements, test strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

- Identify and implement innovative solutions for business process improvements, creating supporting documentation and enhancing end-user experience.

- Foster alignment among data and system flows with Finance and Risk applications, ensuring smooth integration and execution.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Ownership, with a focus on process re-engineering and strategic analysis.

- Proven track record as a Product Owner with a strong understanding of agile principles and delivering complex programs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly assimilate business and technical knowledge.

- Experience in Finance, Risk, or Operations as a Product Lead, with a focus on traditional credit products and liquidity management.

- Familiarity with data visualization and analytical tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Python) is a plus.
