Job Title: Service Now Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Test Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow, with hands-on experience implementing Automation Testing Framework (ATF) and functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
  • Execute tests to validate functionality, including regression testing.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
  • Identify, document and report defects found during testing.
  • Collaborate with teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Design and implement ATF in ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands on experience implementing ATF.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management etc.
  • Knowledge of Testing Integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
  • BE/BTech/BS, ME/MTech/MS or MCA degree.
