Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Manual and Automation testing, with a strong understanding of functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, negative, and database validation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and cases
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
- Provide high-quality defect reports and work with development teams to resolve issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Big Query, SQL, and other query languages
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and GPC
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployments
Benefits:
- This is a hybrid onsite role, working 3 days per week in Prayagraj and the remaining 2 days from home
- The ideal candidate will be able to balance their workload between manual and automation testing, while also contributing to the development of a centralized repository for risk management

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating a fully fleshed-out QA process, procedures, test approaches, driving, defining, introducing, enforcing, and owning the QA process. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a major project.
