Our organization is looking for a seasoned Marketing Communications professional to join our team. As Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing and possess strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills. They should also have hands-on experience with social Ads, HubSpot, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies.

A successful Marketing Communications Manager will be able to craft compelling narratives, build presence across social media platforms, and execute targeted Ads and account-based marketing campaigns. They should also be able to promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales and partnerships teams to align ABM efforts and leverage HubSpot for automated outreach and nurture workflows. You will also be responsible for tracking performance and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Brand & Narrative:
      • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
      • Translate complex product and customer success stories into compelling narratives.
    • Marketing Collateral:
      • Create and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
      • Partner with customers to create and amplify their success stories.
    • Social & Digital Presence:
      • Grow our presence on social media platforms (organic + paid).
      • Plan and execute targeted Ads and account-based marketing campaigns.
      • Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.
    • Events & Showcases:
      • Drive brand presence at industry events and conferences.
      • Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
    • Outreach & Campaigns:
      • Leverage HubSpot for automated outreach and nurture workflows.
      • Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.
      • Align ABM efforts with sales and partnerships.
    • Measurement & Insights:
      • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
      • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Requirements:
