Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer who also possesses strong expertise in graphic design to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, social media, eLearning modules, and corporate communication.
  • Design static creatives for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, infographics, banners, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to translate concepts into compelling multimedia outputs.
  • Edit and enhance video content with sound, transitions, and motion effects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Research and apply the latest trends in motion graphics, animation styles, and visual storytelling.
  • Maintain an organized workflow, including project archiving and file management.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, we require proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential. A strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory is also required.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is crucial. A portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work is necessary for consideration.

Preferred Skills

Experience with 3D animation tools is desirable. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is also beneficial. Familiarity with sound editing and basic audio design is a plus. Creative storytelling and script visualization ability is highly valued.
