Job Title: AI Regulatory Change Monitoring Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI Regulatory Change Monitoring Specialist to support the development and deployment of an AI-driven regulatory change monitoring solution. This role will involve working with global regulatory bodies to monitor new and updated regulations, consultation papers, and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, compliance, or RegTech projects, with prior experience implementing AI-driven regulatory change monitoring or regulatory technology platforms.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations into clear business impacts.

Apart from this, the successful candidate will be required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Reporting, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Data Governance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor global regulatory bodies for new and updated regulations, consultation papers, and guidance.
  • Implement AI models to improve regulatory document interpretation and summarization.
  • Develop automation workflows for regulatory monitoring, impact assessment, and stakeholder notifications.
  • Integrate AI agents with data warehouses, data lakes/lakehouses, and regulatory reporting systems to ensure seamless consumption of regulatory intelligence.
Required Skills:
  • 6-10+ years of experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, compliance, or RegTech projects.
  • Prior experience implementing AI-driven regulatory change monitoring or regulatory technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of prudential and transaction reporting frameworks: Basel III/IV, EMIR Refit, MiFID II, SFTR, Dodd-Frank, CFTC, SEC, MAS, HKMA, APRA, etc.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks (RPA, workflow orchestration) to streamline regulatory processes.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and ML techniques for text classification, summarization, entity extraction, and topic modeling.
