Retail and QSR Transformation Expert

We're seeking a skilled Retail and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) consultant to lead business transformation initiatives across retail operations.
You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement and revenue growth. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing, operations and IT teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting and dashboarding needs.
- Translate functional specifications into technical fit documents and collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.
- Ensure all functional specifications are deployed in software, train super users on platforms and explain support mechanisms.
- 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis or solution delivery.
- Strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory and customer experience.
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools and how they function.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
