As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development of advanced AI/ML systems in the retail and e-commerce space.

Our goal is to empower businesses with data-driven insights to drive product-level profitability and grow margins.

You will design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI systems that have a measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python or C++, with expertise in ML frameworks, and deep expertise in transformers, BERT, GPT-based architectures, and neural networks.

A Strong foundation in data engineering and scalable systems is required. Experience with agentic AI, computer vision, LLMs, and multimodal models is a plus.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI architectures (multi-agent collaboration, autonomous decision-making, orchestration frameworks).
  • Experiment with and operationalize Large Language Models (RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, prompt optimization, domain adaptation).
  • Advance product recognition, OCR, embedding-based similarity, and visual transformers to improve catalog accuracy and image-based search.
  • Architect and deploy robust data pipelines and real-time AI services handling large-scale retail/e-commerce datasets.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to design AI solutions aligned with customer needs and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in Data Science with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams.
