Burgeonits is a dynamic company looking for an experienced Incident Manager to join our team.

As an Incident Manager at Burgeonits, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a contract-to-hire position with a notice period of immediate to 30 days.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in working with service management tools like SNOW and Jira, as well as alerting and monitoring tools such as PagerDuty and New Relic.

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and leadership abilities to lead our incident management team effectively.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incidents from inception to resolution
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Developing and implementing process improvements
  • Providing exceptional customer service
