Job Title: Head of Delivery Operations

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive our delivery operations across India. As Head of Delivery Operations, you will be responsible for translating our organizational vision into actionable goals, driving business expansion, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CXOs to set and drive organizational vision, operational strategy, and business expansion
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating plans
  • Accountable for achieving PAN-India project targets while building a robust system to optimize operational efficiency based on overall project profitability and ensuring consistent goal attainment
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture where team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
  • Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics and establish corrective measures where needed
  • Manage budgets, capital investment, and expenses to ensure the company achieves targets on growth, profitability, and customer metrics
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors, maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Building relationships with financial institutions and leading teams to ensure smooth execution of credit linkage operations
  • Expand market presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth across key regions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience/track record as Head of Operations/Delivery (PAN-India preferred) or in a similar role preferably in the development sector
  • Ability to identify and manage partnerships with businesses, ensuring value creation and driving scalable B2B as well as B2C solutions
  • Proven track record in managing banking operations, credit products, and financial services would be preferred
  • Liaisoning experience with Government officials will be a plus
  • A results-driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding defined targets - Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competence in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Readiness to travel extensively, including to remote locations
  • MBA or Masters in a related discipline
