Job Title

As a Facilities Manager at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations:
    • Provide strategic guidance for Front Office for escalated issues during the shift
    • Ensure prompt response to all priority calls during the shift and follow escalation process
    • Conduct regular rounds of front office, lobby area, rest rooms to ensure a high standard of housekeeping & upkeep
  • Housekeeping Operations:
    • Attend the daily briefing
    • Ensure Housekeeping muster, deployment, and acknowledgment on the register for penalties comments for improvement in housekeeping services
    • Update the housekeeping duty manager or housekeeping in-charge of the facility on client's VIP visits
    • Discuss and assist Facility Manager on a monthly basis on vendor performance matrix
    • Ensure all housekeeping related open issues are closed on priority and within TAT without escalations
  • Cafeteria Operations:
    • Ensure caterers maintain a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness in service areas
    • During food run out situation, escalate the matter to catering lead and coordinate with the catering vendor or any other alternative arrangements
    • Ensure random food samples test is done by authorized vendor and results are taken up accordingly
    • Ensure operating hours & menus are prominently displayed in all places in the cafeteria
    • Ensure table & chairs are cleaned at all times and frequency shall be modulated according to traffic
    • Conduct regular Kitchen audit of vendors and escalate to Facility Manager and then management on escalations
    • Ensure the hygiene of the cafeteria vendors operating in stalls
Requirements
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any stream, Minimum 2-5 years experience in facilities management or hospitality industry, Good communication skills, Well-groomed and presentable all the time, Proficiency in MS office, Language proficiency in English
