Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team as Vice President. As an SRE, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems that are scalable, reliable, and secure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
">

  • Define, drive, and implement the SRE strategy to promote a culture of automation, efficiency, and innovation.

">

  • Develop methodologies and strategies for identifying toil-heavy and inefficient processes, and automate their elimination to reduce delay and redundancy.

">

  • Assist in developing engineering and operational service metrics with actionable plans to improve operational efficiency, enhance service quality/SLA, and optimize delivery.

">

  • Work with all parties to develop and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services.

">

  • Design and implement monitoring strategies with Engineering and implement appropriate capabilities.

">

  • Lead architectural reviews for reliability and design improvements.

">

  • Drive continuous improvement from incidents and conduct capacity planning.

">

  • Perform chaos engineering exercises to ensure system resilience.

">">

Requirements:

">

12+ years of experience in software development, system administration, or a related field.

">

Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and reliability.

">

Experience with cloud computing platforms, containerization, and orchestration tools.

">

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

">

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
