Job Summary:

Our organization seeks an experienced SAP FICO professional with a proven track record of success to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, particularly emphasizing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

  • SAP FICO Expertise: Implement, configure, and manage the SAP FICO module, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Expertise: Utilize deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integration with other modules for successful deployments.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions improving efficiency within the SAP FICO module.
  • Configuration & Customization: Perform detailed configuration of SAP FICO modules aligning with business requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
  • Integration: Work closely with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.
  • Documentation & Training: Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user training materials ensuring effective use of the SAP FICO system post-implementation.
  • Project Management: Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that the SAP FICO solution meets all compliance requirements and supports accurate financial reporting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • S/4HANA Public Cloud: At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
